Keith McFarland is the author of The Breakthrough Company: How Everyday Companies Become Extraordinary Performers. At the age of twenty-six he was named associate dean at Pepperdine University School of Business and Management, one of the nation’s leading business schools, making him one of the youngest business school deans in the nation.
